Excellent taster session with Richard
Both our children attended a taster session yesterday with Richard. One was reluctant and one was probably over keen to impress! Richard handled both children really well giving clear instructions and lots of praise and support with an injection of humour. After one hour both children had mastered start, stop, side stepping and snow plough. Richard then reviewed their session with us all marking their achievements. They had a great time.

My son loved his first ski session with Al
They built a rapport very quickly and Al is brilliant at his understanding of my son's needs and it was lovely not to have to explain things. Al was telling me what he was going to do to support our son. M came off the snow beaming and rang his grandad straight away to say how much he loved skiing. Thank youNatalie On 07/10/2018
Fantastically positive experience
Liked the set up from the beginning - the questionnaire asked all the right questions, the welcome was very straightforward, the instructor was happy to be flexible and start early since we’d arrived early, and watching from the gallery, it was clear that he was taking things exactly at her pace. She did really well and thoroughly enjoyed it. The feedback after was really helpful too. We’ll definitely be back!

Really kind and thoughtful intro to skiing
Our 12 yr old ASD son took his first steps on skis with the hrlpbof Helen from Snowmobility. From the very first she was excellent - introducing herself, helping with boots, explaining how the clips work and why they needed to be tight and then doing a gentle intro on the slopes. By the end he was starting to snow plough and was loving it and wanted to come back. The session could not have gone better. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant first session with Alistair. Such a friendly, warm and gentle enthusiast who put Jasper & us, his parents, at ease immediately. The session went totally at Jasper’s pace. He can’t wait to have another go.

WoW!
Filled out a very detailed student’s questionnaire when booking so that was very reassuring. When we met the instructor I felt assured that he had a good grasp of my son’s needs which he did. I was amazed with the progress my son made on his 1st lesson. I know that he could have only made that level of progress if the teacher/instructor knows what keeps him calm, makes him tick and able to push the right buttons to motivate him. Most important of all my son loved it and wants to go again!

excellent session
We booked a taster session at Tamworth, and were really impressed with the time we spent there. We were able to say in advance what was important to us and felt that was listened to and taken seriously. The instructors and staff were all very friendly and patient and we felt very well looked after. Our child's confidence grew visibly during the session and she is very keen to return.
